Guest & Appointment Policies

Welcome to Siam Therapeutic Massage.

Because our dedicated licensed therapists reserve their specialized time and space exclusively for your healing journey, we kindly ask that you review and respect our studio scheduling policies.

1. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING


We understand that life happens and schedules change. If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, we

require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session.


  1. Cancellations with 24+ Hours' Notice: No fee will be charged, and any booking deposits or prepayments will be fully refunded or credited to your profile.
  2. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours' Notice): Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.



2. NO - SHOW POLICY


Failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior notification deprives another guest of an

opportunity to heal and directly impacts our professional team.


  1. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price to the credit card secured on file.
  2. Future booking privileges may be temporarily suspended until any outstanding no-show balances are resolved.



3. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY


Your session length includes time for a brief intake consultation and dressing. Please aim to arrive 5 to 10 minutes

early to relax and complete any updated intake paperwork.


  1. Shortened Sessions: If you arrive late, your session will begin immediately upon your readiness but will still conclude at its originally scheduled time so that we do not disrupt the next guest.


  1. Full Charges Apply: The standard service fee remains applicable for shortened sessions due to late arrival.


  1. 15-Minute Grace Period: Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notification will be marked as a No-Show. The session will be canceled, and the 100% no-show fee will apply.



4. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES & CONDUCT


Siam Therapeutic Massage maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy to ensure a safe, respectful, and therapeutic

environment for both our guests and our staff.


  1. Zero-Tolerance: Any inappropriate, suggestive, or sexual remarks, gestures, or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session.


  1. Payment & Bans: In the event of a session termination due to misconduct, the client remains responsible for 100% of the service fee, and a permanent ban from our establishment will be enforced.



5. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE


For safety and health reasons, our licensed massage therapists reserve the right to refuse or alter a treatment if a

guest presents with a medical condition, skin contradiction, or intoxication level that makes massage therapy unsafe or inappropriate.
